"I contacted the State Farm office of Shawn Sisk in Adamsville, TN after the extreme ice storm in January 2026. I was without power for over 6 days, experiencing sub zero temps during this time. My tank less water heater froze causing the internal pipes to burst flooding the circuit boards inside and causing the heater useless. The support I received from Shawn Sisk's office staff, Diane Pendley and Laura Baker, I knew I was in great hands. They immediately helped me file a claim and in less than 5 days, State Farm paid me on my claim.
